Despite my dietary restrictions, I ate very well, varied and with great quality and abundance. EVERYONE's service was incredible, contributing to a 5-star experience. In particular, I would like to highlight the attention given by Mrs. D. Carolina, the Chef and waiters who were tireless to ensure that everything ran smoothly at such a busy time as the New Year's Eve Program, which began on December 30th. They were memorable days with everything you could have hoped for. My sincere congratulations to the entire wonderful, professional, attentive team, committed to serving you well! It should also be noted that the facilities, both the room and the restaurant and general bathroom, were clean, tidy, and correctly maintained. "We stayed here one night. You get what you pay for: the basic with low quality. The good: a good shower pressure, we had an issue with the no contact check in, but the person responsible came in a few minutes. The bad: the rooms had a moldy, musty smell, I think it comes from the textile in the headboard of the bed. Some mold on the bottom of the shower as well. Low quality towels, very rough. The breakfast: very diluted orange juice, not fresh bread, stingy."
