"We had a wonderful stay here for two nights. The host was more than accommodating and really helpful. Rooms: we stayed in Chocolat which is quite private and on the side. Own private entrance. It has dual aspect windows looking out over the fields. Huge bathroom with jet tub and large shower. Nice amenties and well thought out. Coffee machine and kettle which is so helpful. Honesty mini bar in small fridge. TV has both Netflix and Prime on it so easy to get your own entertainment. WiFi is strong and reliable. Bed is huge, really comfortable and we slept so well as its silent here. Breakfast: a basket of bread and croissants awaits you as you sit with different gorgeous jams and butter. Your hot drink of choice is made, lovely apple and pear juice is served to the table and water on the side table. A different selection each day of cakes and local pastries is offered. Eggs made to order and extra hot drinks on request. The breakfast room is very nicely decorated and the owner is very attentive. Location: is about 5 mins away from the main highway, 20 mins from Bruges and 30 mins from Ghent. It's in the middle of nowhere amongst farmyards. Very peaceful and quiet. Parking for about 8 vehicles. Only small things to consider, a spoon for hot drinks in the room (or wooden stirrers if you don't want to wash up) a price list for the minibar so you know what you are buying, we weren't sure if the water was included or not? Overall we had a lovely time, thank you for your hard work and wish you the best for 2024!!!"

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, 1 night either end of a touring holiday in Germany. It was an ideal stopover hotel for us as close to the motorway and unlike the hotels we used in Germany the price included parking and breakfast. We had the small room on our first stay and it is small but we knew this so packed what we needed in an overnight bag and left our cases in the car. Though the room was small the bed was very comfortable and with the exception of the bathroom door everything worked as intended. Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable. On our return stay we were upgraded to a larger room. Everything worked as intended and due to the heatwave a fan was provided for the room. We needed to leave before breakfast started and was offered a packed breakfast to take with us. The couple running the hotel are very friendly and suggested places to visit in the Netherlands when we visit our daughter in Germany on a future trip. There is a bar and terrace but these were not open when we stayed. If you intend to stay leave bags in the car until you have checked in as there is an external stairway that leads to the room area and is easier that taking bags through the reception area of the hotel."

"On a 10 night motorcycle trip through France, Belgium, Holland, Germany & Poland, with friends. Ten Lande was our first and last hotel on this trip. Minor negative - no restaurant on site but the hosts, Bonie & Maya were more than helpful in making a reservation at a nearby restaurant. Their hotel is fabulous. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. No makings in the room however this is more than compensated by a well stocked guest "refreshment" area on one of the landings. Bonie & Maya are the perfect hosts, we were made to feel very welcome, were shown to our rooms where the features were explained. Home from home."
