"The outdoor area is gorgeous! From what I understand, the hotel is going through a change of ownership, and their improvement plans are excellent. Currently, it leaves much to be desired, such as menu variety and quality; being all-inclusive, it still falls short of a better standard. The rooms and facilities need maintenance and improvements. There's a lack of recreation staff for adults during the day and night, especially since Beberibe doesn't offer a nighttime tourist center. A strong point is the staff, who are wonderful. I'd like to highlight Rutinha from reception, Aline from supervision, and Átila from the drinks department, but the other staff from all departments are wonderful and kind! I would give this hotel another chance because of the promising future projects in the short term, but mainly because of the service we received. Sensational! Everyone deserves praise! Rutinha from reception discovered it was our wedding anniversary and asked to prepare a beautifully decorated room for us. We were overjoyed."

"This hotel is cozy and very well cared, has a wonderful atmosphere and counts with a fabulous swimming pool and a space for massage and a gym. The food is excellent and cooked with many ingredients that come from the little farm this hotel maintains. Worth visiting especially with children. The staff provides a great service and a friendly environment. The suites are large and count with all the facilities such as cable tv, air conditioning, walk in closet and very spacious bathroom and a balcony that allows guests to spend free time outside the room with great privacy."
