The hotel front desk agent tried to charge me twice for the hotel service fee. I booked through trip.com and had already paid for the hotel service fee which is $98 for 2 nights. After showing them the itemized receipt, they said it is the 3rd party service fee, not the hotel service fee. I told them I’m not paying another service fee. I’m glad I did not have to pay twice, but it was kind of ruin my day. Now there is another extra charge on my credit card placed by the hotel. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card. Overall, I like the place, but not the way they tried to charge for all these hidden or bogus fees. Note: the hotel is already expensive…

Guest UserOverall, the stay was fine, but our expectations did not fully match the reality, so we probably would not choose this hotel again.
That said, the hotel does have several advantages: convenient parking, easy access when leaving the city, and a quiet, peaceful location.

Awesome staff great place to stay paid less than 70$ during spring break couldn’t beat the price clean hotel .Enjoyed the free breakfast and was able to enjoy the pool all to ourselves vey quiet hotel

It was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead.
The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

The accommodation was right in front of the sea, so the accessibility was good. The room was in good condition and the swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel was suitable for playing. First of all, it was nice to be able to enter the clean march with a simple shower at the entrance of the hotel after playing in the sea

Laundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms.

What a location! Absolute beach frontage - complete with a balcony overlooking the beach with the stunning emerald water as the back drop. The room has everything we require, and was the most up-to-date room that I’ve stayed in in this price range. I would definitely stay there again, and I’d also recommend it to others.

Room was good. A little dated but with as much as we were in the room, it didnt really matter. The bathroom could use an upgrade though. Everyone that we came in contact with were very friendly.

The room is clean but the microwave doesn’t work. Not a big deal because I didn’t need it. However, this crazy lady keeps waking me up every night in the middle of the night banging on my door. She’s not crazy or drunk, she just keeps forgetting which door to bang on. Maybe she’s ****, I don’t know. Her room is 2 more doors down. How hard is it to memorize your room number? It’s not the fault of Quality Inn. Just my complaint about the neighbors.
