MMaria Lovely JaneIt was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead.
The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

GGuest UserGreat Hotel, very friendly and a great breakfast. Newly remodeled and very clean. I liked the layout of watching TV from the couch or the bed by just swivling the TV to the right or left.

First of all, it was nice to be able to enter the clean march with a simple shower at the entrance of the hotel after playing in the sea

GGuest UserLaundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms.

GGuest UserWhat a location! Absolute beach frontage - complete with a balcony overlooking the beach with the stunning emerald water as the back drop. The room has everything we require, and was the most up-to-date room that I’ve stayed in in this price range. I would definitely stay there again, and I’d also recommend it to others.

GGuest UserThe employees here are inconsiderate and rude, I stayed 3 nights and tried to book a forth night but the employees told my fiance to get off the property because I was only booking 1 night at a time, so this place is total trash

GGuest UserThe room is clean but the microwave doesn’t work. Not a big deal because I didn’t need it. However, this crazy lady keeps waking me up every night in the middle of the night banging on my door. She’s not crazy or drunk, she just keeps forgetting which door to bang on. Maybe she’s ****, I don’t know. Her room is 2 more doors down. How hard is it to memorize your room number? It’s not the fault of Quality Inn. Just my complaint about the neighbors.

Staff was sweet , now it seem a bit misleading when u first walk in as they was remodeling the dinning area, by the time I left they was finished. the room I was in was alright came with the supplies and bnb would have. I would say if u the type to watch tv bring a firestick or some cuz the cable was trash . Internet was decent but not perfect . It did smell like smoke a bit but I didn’t let that bother me too much .
