"The hotel itself is quite lovely and stylish, very hip boutique vibe.
The location is a bit of a walk to the old town, half an hour maybe, but its along the lovely beach so we enjoyed it. Nice view on to the square.
Would have liked for there to have been some tea and coffee making facilities in the room
One thing we strongly disliked was the fact that the toilet and shower were only separated from the room by translucent plastic walls. Even though I was with a close friend the transparency and complete lack of sound proofing on the toilet was not something I enjoyed"

LLion.LiThe beach is not far from the hotel, in the quiet street, not far from the supermarket, the facilities are typical NH characteristics, will not disappoint. Breakfast is more than 20 people for more than 50 people. If you buy it alone, it is not recommended. After all, San Sei has too many delicious foods.

It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice.
The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning

GGuest UserEverything was perfect. The hotel is a bit old and maybe doesn't deserve 4 stars. But we know that in Spain hotel stars are a bit more overrated than in France.
The only problem is that one room wasn't ready when we arrived because our request for a large bed for the 2 rooms had not been taken into account. But nothing serious, our request was satisfied later. But for a 4 star...
The setting is idyllic...

BBendilaohuThe hotel is located in the middle of the mountain in San Sebastian, far from the city center, unless it is a self-driving tour, don't live here, the traffic is inconvenient. But the hotel is quiet and beautiful, the room is comfortable, like a classical manor.

PPablo FerraboneFriendly staff, outside season they might get you in early if possible. Also, being just a few meters away from the beach is priceless. Don't skip on waking up super early to see sunrise on the beach.
Breakfast is good by could improve a little bit, but isn't hotel's main service, so is understandable.
I'd recommend it for someone that wants to be centric but not in the main busy area

You can walk from the city center.

GGuest UserI probably stayed in a higher Premier Room which would never come to San Sebastian. The view from the room was beautiful, but it was not easy to travel alone. Recommended for couples, but in San Sebastian I regretted that it was better to spend meals than to spend money on accommodation. There was no problem in the hotel itself, but when the front desk was crowded, it was sometimes waited for more than 5 minutes.
