Will-TStayed here for 4 nights. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staffs were very kind and friendly. Nice cafes and bar/restaurants nearby. Few minutes walk to the beach, city centre, and train station. Free coffee and teas at anytime. Everything was perfect. Totally recommended.

Guest UserThe room was reasonably clean and new, but the value wasn't great. It was just over 20 square meters, and even with a small bed, it was packed. It cost over 3,000 euros a night without breakfast, and parking was an additional 20 euros. Perhaps the price was too high when I booked it, but booking at the last minute was a bit lower. This is a popular tourist destination, but the hotel wasn't fully booked, perhaps because the value wasn't great. Across the street is Mila Restaurant, which isn't very popular, but the food is surprisingly delicious.

Guest UserA magnificent hotel perched high with breathtaking views of the sea and La Concha beach. Comfortable and elegant. The staff is lovely. My only regret is that the outdoor pool area doesn't open earlier (it's only open in the summer) so you can enjoy the stunning views in good weather without actually swimming.

Clarissa PastorWe absolutely loved our stay beautiful balcony and ocean view. Next time we will park with the hotel for discounted rate instead of using public parking which ended up costing us much more.
We will go back in a heartbeat. Close to everything and right on the beach.

New hotel very clean nice rooms and wonderful pool.
It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice.
The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning

The room has a slightly unusual shape, but it wasn’t an issue at all for a solo traveler. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient, especially for hopping between nearby tapas bars.

Anonymous UserThe Wi-Fi connection in the room was not good, so when I contacted the staff, it was improved immediately the next day. I thought it would be difficult to solve immediately, but it was solved immediately, so it was more than expected. It's a little far from the downtown area, but I think the cospa is good.

Friendly staff, outside season they might get you in early if possible. Also, being just a few meters away from the beach is priceless. Don't skip on waking up super early to see sunrise on the beach.
Breakfast is good by could improve a little bit, but isn't hotel's main service, so is understandable.
I'd recommend it for someone that wants to be centric but not in the main busy area

The hotel is located just next to the beach. The place was quiet and nice.
You can walk from the city center.
Staff was also kind and polite.

Guest UserI probably stayed in a higher Premier Room which would never come to San Sebastian. The view from the room was beautiful, but it was not easy to travel alone. Recommended for couples, but in San Sebastian I regretted that it was better to spend meals than to spend money on accommodation. There was no problem in the hotel itself, but when the front desk was crowded, it was sometimes waited for more than 5 minutes.
