Beach Hotels in Comarca de Palma

The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, though it was the same every day. I can't comment on dinner as we only had breakfast, but we did eat at the hotel twice and had no complaints. The pools are relatively good, although the rooftop pool isn't deep enough (1 meter) and there aren't enough sun loungers across both pools; not enough space for everyone. However, the biggest downside was the rooms, or at least ours. The air conditioning vents had mold on them. The shower tray was broken in places, and the water temperature was very inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, which was very unpleasant. We didn't have a terrace, so we couldn't dry our swimsuits and towels. As for the walls, there was absolutely no sound insulation; we could hear everything happening in other rooms as well as the noise in the corridors. The hotel is next to the airport, so there's airplane noise, but it's bearable. The surrounding area isn't bad, with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Very good hotel! I am sorry I given 3 for location, in one hand it's lovely location- on the beach with beautiful view. What else can you want? Unfortunately the area is German version of Magaluf:( and we are too old for it lol ! We was hoping to find nice shops and tapas bars instead there was nightclub near and shops with football and sex logo t-shirts. Not hotels fault at all Hotel was lovely and welcoming! They even noticed my birthday with flower and card. Nice touch :) Thank you:) Breakfast was nice. Little pool / chairs in the garden area. Beach was nice but the beach chairs are flat on all the beaches I saw which I haven't seen any other countries and dosent really make sense as u still have to pay for them. Eventually we found 1 beach with nice reclining chairs and ended up paying £60 for 2 and umbrella!! Not sure Palma is for us but the hotel was lovely!

The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child. When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.

We had a great 2 days stay , we love the pool view from our room with the balcony, so relaxing, the room ,beddings and towels were so clean and fresh. The receptionists who attended us when we checked in and even during our check out were fabulous and very friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and the bus stop to the airport was just a 10 min.walk. Though there was no complimentary water,still not bad. The last night was a bit annoying as one drunk lady was trying to enter our room and insisted to open it despite telling her that its not her room, I tried to ring the reception but phone seems not working. Swimming pool was great ,i wish they could extend the time. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel right in front of of the beach. Nice rooftop bar with infinity pool. Staff is nice and the food is delicious.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

Everything about this place is simply perfect. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and we loved having a private balcony with sun loungers – such a relaxing touch. Breakfasts were absolutely amazing – varied, fresh, and delicious every morning. The hotel also has a sauna and a gym, which is a great bonus. The bed linen was spotless, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies! Special thanks for the hotel’s beautiful interior design – stylish, modern, and very cozy. The location is ideal – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, literally right across the road. We also loved the opportunity to rent bicycles at the hotel. It took about 35–40 minutes to cycle to the city center, and I can’t even describe how enjoyable the ride was. I highly recommend renting bikes in the afternoon to enjoy the waterfront and the views. There’s also a rooftop pool, which we, unfortunately, didn’t get a chance to use since we only stayed for 3 nights – but I’m sure it’s just as perfect as everything else. We will definitely stay here again next time – no doubt about it!

My positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for. Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

Everything was good just they should offer complimentary 2 water bottles when traveler checked in infact they can include the water bottles price into room price
