"I was so disappointed with our stay for many reasons. Our room was really dirty. Everything about it felt icky from the filthy stinking lounge to the dirty skirting boards, the hair in the shower/bath tub and the dirty toilet walls. Then we get to sleeping in the main bed - My partner and I both sunk down to the middle and ended up with sore backs after night 1….. day 2 we took our kids for a swim in the pool only to find a dog had pooed on the edge of the pool. Staff were advised and swept up the dog poo (didn’t really clean it properly). The other kids who were playing in the pool then tried to bring their dog back into the pool area. We had to tell them to get the dog out. I definitely won’t be going back."

"Stayed here with the kids during the Jan school hols. Cleanliness was not as it seemed with some sort of gooey slimey stuff on the side of the main table. Lucky I saw it and wiped it away before my youngens touched it. It looked pretty gross. I realise it was school holidays but compared to other options, this place is way overpriced. Also really frustrating there are no shower curtains or doors. Much better and cleaner options."
