"Great room decent size friendly staff. Only down side to it the bed was hard and the pillows were thin. Hot water was hit and miss in the shower one day you will have some the next you don't. The heating didn't work in the room but got a heater from reception. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay there again."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. As it was for a birthday weekend we decided to upgrade to premier plus room and wow how different they are from normal rooms. Amazing bed great furniture modern fitting superb rain shower coffee machine iron and board water in a fridge - the list goes on! Free parking and a short walk from the island and all local restaurants and pubs. Can’t wait to return"

"The hotel was pleasant enough. It was clean except for a stain on the carpet near the bed. There was plenty of parking. It was quiet despite being on quite a busy road. The staff were friendly. The Toby carvery next to the hotel was quite expensive & had an appalling vegetarian selection. The hotel was well situated for what we needed."

"A great area of lodges, bars, food places and coffee! 5min walk from Asda and 20mins to the beach and amusement park. Stayed during the heatwave so the place was extremely warm and only a tiny fan which wasn’t much use. Very much out of control of the owners but consider if you know it’s going to be hot when you go. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking (no oven, but has a stove top and a microwave) and utensils. The shelf with crockery was dusty (and therefore the top most dishes and plates). The outdoor space could have been swept before we arrived. A cosy little place and in cooler weather would have been very comfortable for 2 people."
