"I've been going to this hotel for a few years and every time there's another problem. Windows are broken, and the toilets are not working, keys stop working. Front desk staff clueless plus they don't keep the breakfast area clean or stocked even though they sit 10 feet away. They don't clean the rooms while you're there. Not going back...."

"We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Check in was easy. Sean was very informative. The Bay House had all amenities we needed and was immaculate at check in. The staircase to the second floor could be challenging for older or larger adults but the kids scale it. We unfortunately did not take advantage of the water activities such as kayaking, fishing and firepit due to time constraints. The grounds are well kept and the playground is perfect for small kids. Lastly, the morning fresh made scones were amazing. We definitely would recommend this property to our friends and family and return."
