"The hotel rooms were excellent- and front end check in were professional, helpful, and friendly.  My only issue was your breakfast area where there needs to be a dedicated person on duty in the finning area to be helpful to guests who were having trouble operating some of the equipment.  As well as on site in finning area to restock empty items as some areas were slow to be refilled."

"Rooms are nice, water park is good, arcade was fun. Restaurant was horrible. Very under staffed, waited for 20 mins for our drinks, which was water with lemon and then another 40 mins for our food which came out cold. And loud, it's so loud. We have an autistic son and we asked several hotel workers for help. Can we sit away from the live music...no. Instead they seated us directly in the middle of the whole restaurant. They could've had more activities for families since it's the winter. We tried it and it's not our cup of tea."
