"The restaurant 30.08.2025, on the day of the city of Barnaul. A table was ordered for 6 persons, in the evening, after 17-00. Among the order was three pork steaks with pushed potatoes (which could be easier?) As a result, one steak was brought in half an hour and - all. Next, we six waited two and a half hours the rest of the order and wouldn't wait if we didn't start arguing with the administration. And this hotel with the restaurant draws five stars? The evening and mood were hopelessly spoiled, and the price for dinner was unpleasantly surprised. But that is not all. The waiter - the clush in the cheque included the fourth steak, which was not in principle at all, and the two coffees that were - on the contrary, did not include in the account. As a result - consumer deception in pure form. Well, if it was a restaurant of the USSR - I would still understand. But, the restaurant that has drawn 5 stars himself - it is too! Full filth in service!!! I will never go to this restaurant again and I will say to everyone that it is not more than 3 stars!
