"The overall feeling of the hotel is good, the location is closer to the Newark Broad train station. A little further away from Path. Direct access to NY Pennsylvania Station (you can change to the subway to go to various places). The room size is as described. Breakfast is fine. Service attitude is also very good. There is Shuttle Bus pick-up service but the waiting time is a little longer. We recommend this hotel by all means!"

The location is good, with ferries to Manhattan every 20 minutes. However, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water, and the lighting system is poorly designed. On the last night, the bedside lamp and the bathroom vanity light couldn't be turned off, which was a bit ridiculous. Also, the room gets very dry and generates static electricity when the air conditioning and heating are on; we had a slight electric shock when we touched the switch, my arm went numb, and I was quite startled. I hope the hotel can provide a humidifier.

The best aspect of this hotel selection is its location, just few minutes from NYC World Train Center bounded PATH station, you can reach the city in 20 minutes, they also provides shuttle service to Newark Airport; while the facility is modern and decent size room comes with a small kitchen. The breakfast selection is just so-so

Opposite Manhattan Island, there is a ferry next to it, and the transportation is convenient; the room is spacious, clean and tidy; the service attitude is enthusiastic, and the paid parking on the 3rd floor is very convenient, and the price is reasonable. In short, it is worth recommending!

My sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired.
Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water.
The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel.
The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel.

Stayed for three days without cleaning
I asked for it myself
Looks like it's only cleaned in the morning
Cleaning must be booked in advance
Otherwise do not scan
The wild wings at the entrance of the hotel are not delicious. The chicken wings are unpalatable
The ingredients carrot and celery are delicious and raw. I’m really hungry.
It is recommended to go to Manhattan by public transportation, it only takes about 30 minutes
Driving is really not recommended, it is difficult to park and the fees are high, but there seems to be a special price on Sundays, 12 hours 35 dollars plus tax, some are even cheaper than this
In some places, the meter stops at the side of the road at 6 hours, it is said that it is much cheaper and some time periods are free
Manhattan is far from uptown to downtown, I try to walk
I found out that I was exhausted, and then I took the subway for 3 dollars one way
Speaking from experience, this weekend is when the traffic cream will be clearer

Booked two rooms, checked in at 4:00, but only one was available, the other one had not been cleaned yet and had to wait until 5:00. The front desk service attitude is very poor, they only said that the room can be available if it is cleaned as soon as possible. After checking into the room, there was no toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers, so you had to ask at the front desk. On the second and third days, there was no bottled water replenished. How can this be called a four-star hotel? The saving grace is that towels are changed every day and are clean.
