"It's very close to the old town, so it's very close. There are many restaurants around, so the location is the best. When I went, there was an event, so it was more meaningful."

I didn't expect that there is such a unique hotel with such a design in ABQ. The price is also very cheap and it is worth a try. Chaco is a must-try when you come to ABQ!

The lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.

This is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels.

Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The showerhead needs to be replaced. The water pressure is not that good and there was no fan that worked in the bathroom.
No free breakfast. However, they do have a wait surface kitchen. Paid six dollars for one egg and another six dollars for one piece of bacon.

Guest UserTrip.com charged us two breakfast with the stay while we booked the hotel. When we stayed there the hotel staff told us they didn’t offer breakfast without any explanation but told us we could call Trip.com for refund. I called Trip.com and they said they would verify with hotel about it. We haven’t hear anything back from Trip.com yet.

We booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

徐The hotel decoration style is very good and very attentive, the room area is also relatively large, that is, I do not know how to distinguish the room type when booking, the room type feels in the annex building, looks like a motel from the outside, the window is the hotel parking lot, then the outside is high speed, a bit noisy , the room will be better in the main building

So close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot.
It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good.
Staff was great, food was fine and served fast.
On the down side one two items:
1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh
2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

I thought the location was great. Downtown is relatively slow moving but it seems create easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are relatively basic I got to experience the ones with an updated bathroom and the ones without. The gym is very lackluster and the pool is even more so. Staff is hit or miss. Some people were kind and attentive, others were not. There’s definitely construction going on so there are the sounds of that happening throughout the hotel. Other than that there’s not much more to tell. Nothing that really stands out in a negative or positive way.
