We should have checked too but were disappointed to find out that this hotel is in Alta Badia, almost an hour away from Ortisei where we intended to be based. Trip.com shouldn't flag out this hotel when we search for Ortisei because the hotel is not in Val Gardena but in Val Badia. Thus we were misled to book it.
Having said that the hotel has a very good breakfast (included) and a good onsite restaurant La Tor.
The mattresses are however too soft. Also would have appreciated provision of tissue paper, kettle, fridge, which are pretty standard now in hotels.
