We had a wonderful one-night stay and were very impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. A major highlight was the breakfast, which was truly top-notch with plenty of delicious options. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Located pretty close to T2 (£25 taxi) this relatively new hotel is well worth considering. Clean functional rooms with very comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff and if you are interested a great view of the incoming aircraft. Breakfast is well worth the extra £11 and there is a bus to take you back to the station/airport if needed. The hotel was clean, with a deep soaking tub/shower combo.  All employees were friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was quite comfortable. The tomato soup is outstanding.  I would stay at this hotel again!

The room I booked was supposed to be a brand new suite, but it wasn't. It was completely different to the picture I was sent. The bed was nice and comfortable. Luckily I took some tea bags and milk with me, as only 2 tea bags were there!!. I went down for dinner and had a yummy steak and ale pie. Got up, had a shower and packed ready for the bus to the airport. Got the bus ok, and got to the airport in plenty of time.

Great location to Heathrow Airport, bus stops right outside for convenient travel. Hotel room is outdated but clean and comfortable.

Overall very good, very close to the airport, this price can live in London to such a hotel has been very value! We flew to London on AirAsia's CA937 flight. We came to the UK for the first time. After getting off the plane, we went to the rental car company to get the car. It was almost 8 o'clock. It was just black, and it was opened in five minutes. It was free at the door. parking lot. The hotel room is small, but it can be set up in a separate bathroom. In fact, for the person who arrived on the first day, due to the time difference, basically can't sleep in the middle of the night (except for the child, my son went to sleep and went to sleep until dawn), the size of the room does not matter, there is a place to stay. I woke up from one o'clock in the morning, although the hotel was facing the street, but it was super quiet at night! Breakfast is typical continental, simple but full enough. The front desk clerk is very welcoming and will automatically greet you if you appear in front of him and ask if you need help. Overall very good hotel, affordable, very suitable for family outings, you can't take it with Holiday Inn at this price, but definitely better than the public bathroom youth hostel
