GGuest UserPersonnel discret mais aux petits soins et ce à tous les niveaux (accueil, concierge, bar, service de chambres, spa...), emplacement magnifique, le château est très bien entretenu et le domaine inspire la quiétude et le repos.
Le spa est cosy et chic.
Nous avons exploré un peu les environs et presque regretté de ne pas avoir passé plus de temps sur le domaine.
Je souligne un fois de plus la qualité du personnel qui a tout fait pour que le séjour soit le plus réussi possible.

If I have only one “negative” thing to notice, it is abt the access…. We are coming with two enormous suitcases and.. from the main street to the breakfast area… to the stiff 2 staircases…. To the tiny corridors…. It was a nightmare to reach our paradise bedroom. Especially in winter with heavy coats… anyway….
But again, the bedroom was super nice. Really nice decorative ideas for this rustic yet charming attic .

GGuest UserSe trata de un hotel 100% renovado con unos acabados de gran nivel. El personal es encantador, el restaulante sobresaliente y además el acceso a la piscina climatizada y SPA estan incluidos en el precio. Sin duda volvería a alojarme allí ya que fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria.

GGuest UserThe hotel stay was generally okay and everything else met expectations. However, there were construction works taking place around the hotel area, which unfortunately affected the view and made it less enjoyable. Apart from that, the overall experience was fine.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a corner of the city, a little far from the train station. There seems to be no direct bus, but the bus stop opposite the hotel is quite convenient to Rochefort in Terre. The hotel is close to the town hall and can be reached on foot from the old town. The hotel is new from inside to outside, the rooms are spacious, slippers are provided, and it is clean and hygienic. The dinner tastes good and the price-performance ratio is acceptable. The front desk staff is serviceable and helps to check travel information upon request. Because the hotel is located at a traffic intersection, there is noise pollution. I don't know if staying in a single number room will be affected.
