GGuest UserVery hearty competent reception, also pre-info on the phone. Hotel restaurant despite sick colleagues super service, food very delicious, breakfast rich, as promised. A very beautiful hotel, which has allowed us a very nice weekend. We are happy to come back.

LLee EanFor a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered the room. Breakfast was good but staff were clearly not well trained. We like the complimentary waffles provided during our stay, but only when we step into restaurant and the staff asked if we’d like some. During check in, this info was communicated to the guest before us but not too us. Very inconsistent.

Sauber ,sehr freundliches Personal ,an der Rezeption eine sehr nette Dame Wir waren sehr früh da und wollten nur bescheid geben das wir da sind. Die Dame an der Rezeption entschuldigte sich das dasZimmer noch nicht bereit war . Einchecken sehr schnell und Lage des Hotels super.Ein Katzensprung von der Autobahn entfernt. Also wir würden auf jeden Fall hier wieder buchen. Preis -Leistung Topp
