It was warm, cosy room. They put a bed story next to your bed. That was cute. The story relates to the name of the hotel. Wonderful!!! It is next to the central city Christmas market!!! You can feel the Christmas in the air!!! It is 15 minutes from station, easy to find. Delicious breakfast. Everyone was so friendly!

Services and breakfast were a bit below expectation.

Easy to find, descent hotel withnwarm hispitality, but breahfast need ti be enlarge. Will come again if travel to wernigerode

Very nice reception, great helpful reception. Very centrally located, you come quickly everywhere. Very clean. We very much liked. The Lord from late service at the reception was very friendly and attentive. What we didn't like is that you can't keep right in front of the hotel and then load the baggage. The hotel has no parking space, but you can park free or cheaply in the nearby or nearby area. We can recommend the hotel in any case. Thank you very much to all the staff in the house.

A very nice Kur hotel from DDR-TEMPS, but smilly restored with great views, friendly staff and a super breakfast that you like to remember! Then with the harsh steam railway continue to the next holiday place - great!!! Only the Fl. water in the room for incredible € 4.00 is reluctant! If we visit Arab countries such as Oman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Bahrain, there is a new Fl. every day. Water on the table and a tablet with tea, coffee, coffee juice, sugar and a water cooker. This is a guesthouse in desert states!!!
