The door key of the homestay is the mechanical key of DIY. I hope that when we return to the homestay, we will feel like we are home. When we return, the clerk and the boss will laugh like home and say ”come back”, and even see me move the cabinet to the bedside and take the initiative to install a protective fence for the children. For breakfast, I casually said ”do you have bait silk” and was reported to the boss by the clerk. The boss specially told us that when he came back in the evening, he would go to buy bait silk breakfast tomorrow morning and eat it. I stayed for a few days thinking that we were tired of breakfast and asked us if we wanted to change other food. Can prepare for us 😭 Forgot to say that there is a free room upgrade for three days, too awkward 🫶

In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It is the first time to experience this kind of service. It is great! Another point worth mentioning is that because we came by taxi and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to travel, who knew that the hotel is equipped with a business car for free lakeside pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appoin**ent with the housekeeper in advance. Whether it is to go to the foot of the mountain to eat fish or to the lakeside beach and plank road, it is very convenient. The location is relatively biased, but fortunately I drive by myself. 5. The most important thing to complain about is breakfast, it is too unpalatable, the variety is the same every day, the snack is frozen food steaming hot, not worth the price of 161 nights. The next day, I accidentally found mildew under the snack (two), but was explained to encounter other ingredients. It's okay to say sorry and no extra services are needed, but it's uncomfortable to explain. 6. Generally speaking, you can experience it once, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is worth improving.

You can stay for a whole afternoon. Service: The whole service is very considerate and thoughtful, very humane. Breakfast is specially prepared for children. Small portions are enthusiastically helped to carry luggage during check-in and check-out. It is a particularly satisfactory stay experience. I have recommended it to my friends. I will choose to stay next time I come to Fuxian Lake!

Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

The hotel is located within the Chengjiang Luchong Scenic Area. I originally booked the room for the sunrise, but I was completely blown away by the room itself – the cave-like design was incredibly stylish, and the lighting was warm and inviting. Opening the balcony door revealed a shimmering lake. It's only a 2-minute walk to the lake; Fuxian Lake in the off-season is simply idyllic! The butler was also incredibly attentive! Sitting on the terrace, enjoying a meal while admiring the scenery, and the coffee was excellent – ​​truly authentic Yunnan coffee – it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave! The off-season price was also very reasonable; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Fuxian Lake.
