It is as small as the high-power hair dryer, laundry detergent, and plant aromatherapy in the room are all not available in many hotels and guest houses. The door key of the homestay is the mechanical key of DIY. I hope that when we return to the homestay, we will feel like we are home. When we return, the clerk and the boss will laugh like home and say ”come back”, and even see me move the cabinet to the bedside and take the initiative to install a protective fence for the children. For breakfast, I casually said ”do you have bait silk” and was reported to the boss by the clerk. The boss specially told us that when he came back in the evening, he would go to buy bait silk breakfast tomorrow morning and eat it. I stayed for a few days thinking that we were tired of breakfast and asked us if we wanted to change other food. Can prepare for us 😭 Forgot to say that there is a free room upgrade for three days, too awkward 🫶

However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
