The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! The location is excellent, close to the Atalaja beach, which makes it easy for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and the tourist points in the region. The structure is also very good the pool is great to relax, and the master room in which I hosted was perfect, with a super comfortable bed and excellent shower. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged .
