"The staffs were amateurs and had no clue on how to manage customers. I was given a room at first but when went in, I realised the room was not ready. The staff apologised and offered another room, only to realise that’s not ready too. Eventually he took me to another level and a separate room. This time the toilet was smelly possibly because of the toilet exhaust or floor pipe. It was terrible. At last I was offered another room where I could just crash after a long day. Not the kind of a hotel experience I would’ve thought. Won’t be checking in in this hotel anymore."
