"Booked two nights, the room allocated even though it’s advertised as deluxe, is shocking. Two single bed squeezed inside a box room. No toilet seats, no kettle and the air conditioning sounds like a plane about to take off. Check the build in cupboard, it’s dirty inside. Asked to move room. The receptionist needed permission from the Chinese owners. Was moved to their annex across the road which was much much better. The room was double the size, kettle and complimentary coffee and bottle water. For that move, we were very grateful. So, do book room in their annex rather then in the main building Their receptionist are very very helpful and so are their room attendant. "

"Horrible service, unreasonable management.  scamming my money. Requested to talk to management, but never gotten an answer. Lots of false promises to contact me, but not willing to make any effort to contact me.  Never heard from anyone. Unacceptable and Unreasonable"

"The room was clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were kind and very generous they didn’t charge us extra even though we checked out later than the usual time. They were also very responsive to our concerns and queries. We were the only guests during our stay, so we had the whole house to ourselves, which truly felt like home. The place is close to Vigan City, although it can be a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away in a narrow area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!"
