We weren’t the only ones offended by him while talking to other guests. I will definitely return as we loved the daytime staff and atmosphere other then his unfriendly welcome. Customer service is definitely not his high point. We all have bad days so I’ll give this place another chance since everyone and everything was perfect other than that."

"Stayed two days, breakfast first day was fantastic. lots to choose from. Second day half the building had no power, breakfast side. they did the best they could until they could cook breakfast. We really enjoyed this place. Did our laundry, only one dryer was working made it hard for multiple people to do their laundry. People were great employees and the guest!"

"I requested the pool and wasn't told they were emptying it for maintenance. There was another guest with his daughter who had the same issue. I went to this hotel for that reason. I feel I should be compensated for the inconvenience."
