"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent—very convenient and close to key attractions, making it easy to get around. The amenities were good and met my needs, though there is still a little room for improvement. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided good service throughout my stay. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future."

"The resort is about to be renovated weeks prior to our stay so you could really see some facilities are already damaged but it's understandable. I was a little bit disappointed in our room, there were molds everywhere. The curtain, tables and handle doors. We just don't want to ruin our mood so we just enjoyed the pool, the beach front and the food. The staff were really friendly and nice."

"I do not recommend booking a room at this “hotel” at all. My requests: a quiet room and clean room. We were put in a room right next to a neighbor with roosters that wake you up at 4 am and doesn’t stop crowing. Combine it with a very loud song that plays till the end of the day from a nearby song. Take note, it’s a jingle that plays over and over again, one same song! The room we got was not clean at all as you could see. The AC broke at 5 am too. There’s no bathtub, TV, mountain view, nor bottled water as promised in their description either. I believe they also mentioned a swimming pool, it doesn’t exist. We were moved to a new room the next day because of the AC issue. Outside the “hotel”, only 2 cars can park, so we parked 2 doors away, which is still part of the building. At 6 am, a guy knocked for a room service! We were pissed and yelled who gives room service at this time?! At 7, another one knocked but didn’t say a word. I was worried about our security at this point. Another one knocked at 8 am, and the lady said we need to move our car. They knew we’ll eat breakfast (their breakfast sucks btw, too!) because it ends at 9 am, but no. They had to knock every hour from 6 am to have a tricycle be parked where our car was parked! No respect at all and very inconsiderate. I am pregnant too! I had very crappy sleep from this place. Save yourself from stress."

"Celebrated Holiday Season in Lady Nina, the staff are very accommodating. We had a nice stay. They also offer free breakfast. Location: Very peaceful, beside the beach. Cleanliness: Very clean and comfy rooms. Service: Accommodating staff. Facilities: You can cook here as well, just need to pay extra fees for the consumption of gas. No corkage fee!"

"First, I really appreciate how welcoming and accommodating the host was. 💜 the place itself is great— it has a shared kitchen which guests can use and they have tables and chairs outside where you can wait in case you arrive before check-in time. The room was great too, clean and so comfy, the kind you'd be excited to go back to after a full day of exploring. My favorite part tho is that it's just a few minutes away from the beach 🏖 fell in love with baler and when i get to go back again, def staying at Sunny Terrace again 🌤"

"This hotel is not honest. They advertised with a picture of a cove that is about 20 minutes away. Has been closed for 3 years and actually belongs to another hotel. They advertise that it has an ocean view, but the room didn't not even have a window. The air conditioner blue from one room into the other room. So the room with the exhaust from the air conditioner was very hot and mildew smelling and the bedroom smelled it mildew. Also, I don't recommend this hotel at all. We did not stay and they only refunded a half of our money even though they obviously advertised her room with a hose with the ocean view. No window. I can't imagine renting a hotel room with no window anyway. I know they do exist but they don't usually advertise them as having an Ocean view"

"The property has few amenities and cleaning is none existent during stay. Bathroom in room, not clean at check in. Overall, the stay was comfortable and once we learned how to contact staff, issues resolved quickly. Would only stay again if upgrades made to support services like cleaning and proving new towels for stays longer than two days."
