"The resort is about to be renovated weeks prior to our stay so you could really see some facilities are already damaged but it's understandable. I was a little bit disappointed in our room, there were molds everywhere. The curtain, tables and handle doors. We just don't want to ruin our mood so we just enjoyed the pool, the beach front and the food. The staff were really friendly and nice."

"The receptionist is a lovely erderly woman whom I waited for two hours in the reception area but nice enough to let me have an early check in. However, that is the only time I saw her at the front desk 😅 I also saw some guests waiting near the reception area and they asked me if I knew anyone working there. Also, the price is a bit high considering the room and amenities are not that great. Overall, not recommended if service will not improve."

"Location is beachside ( separated by the roadway). My favorite part was watching the waves crashing upon the beach washing spray over the road. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious, the bathroom functioned well also. Our room had an audible mechanical noise at some parts of the day. Also it takes some adjusting of the air conditioner ( warmer ) to make the air more comfortable. There’s a noticeable cold damp when the air has been on strong cold for a long time. The bedding is thick warm, and comfortable."

"Celebrated Holiday Season in Lady Nina, the staff are very accommodating. We had a nice stay. They also offer free breakfast. Location: Very peaceful, beside the beach. Cleanliness: Very clean and comfy rooms. Service: Accommodating staff. Facilities: You can cook here as well, just need to pay extra fees for the consumption of gas. No corkage fee!"

"Our first room smelled so bad due to an issue with their piping. We had to transfer to another room because of this issue. Bathroom was ok, but only had half closure on their shower area -- water tends to spill over the toilet and sink area. Hotel seems like new but the doorknob in the bathroom kept falling off. Stairs going to the loft area was too steep, it made going up and down the stairs pretty difficult -- especially if you have your baggages with you. Food at the restaurant was so-so, i can say try other restaurants. Staff service and cleanliness are 100%!! totally welcoming and accommodating. Hands down to their staff."

Overall, the stay was comfortable and once we learned how to contact staff, issues resolved quickly. Would only stay again if upgrades made to support services like cleaning and proving new towels for stays longer than two days."
