Steinhatchee Marina and Sea Hag Marina are near the home, with boat rentals and fishing guides available. Boat slips are also available for renting at these locations. There is plenty of parking for your boat or golf cart, both under this stilted home and in front of the home. (Please note the home has a 10ft clearance underneath.) There are 2 homes in each unit, similar to a duplex. The 1200 sq. ft. townhome is located on the left side of the green home in 205A. The Master bedroom contains a king size bed with an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. A second bathroom is located across from the front bedroom. In the living room, a full pull-out sofa bed is also available. Comfortable sheets are supplied for all beds. Fresh towels and wash clothes are supplied in both bathrooms. Hotel toiletries are offered for those forgotten items.We are happy to say we now have fiber optic high-speed internet, which is great for watching the sports games we just can't miss. The satellite TV in the living room is on Dish Network and has streaming capabilities to use your favorite apps. Another TV is located in the Master Bedroom and works with several apps. After spending a long day on the Gulf, cook or grill your fresh catch. Basic amenities are stocked in the kitchen. A new propane grill is located on the back porch. Table and chairs are also located on the back porch in case you would like to dine outside.
