"The hotel is really nice, though a bit hard to find. Beautiful interior decorating, including our room: the Clark Gable. The best thing about the hotel is the location: easy walking distance to The Vault, Foxy Foxy, other eateries. Not far from the park. The main drawback for the Clark Gable room was the problem of air conditioning. The room has a room air conditioner which exhausts through a window. At night it is loud though the hotel owners thoughtfully provided ear plugs. But the problem is that even if you turn the AC down to 72%, it could not cool the room on a not very warm September night. Both my wife and I woke up early sweating because the room was too hot and muggy. Other guests say the temperature was great in the main building, so if we return we will get a room there. "

Great location with stunning Savannah River views. Spacious room provided comfortable accommodation. However, the elevators were noticeably unclean, and there was no drinking water fountain available. The beverage vending machine was out of order or empty throughout my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience.

The location is very nice (right in front of the Savannah River)
Parking is the worst (no free parking even if you stay here.. valet $54, self-parking in the parking lot building is $56 (because it's calculated by the hour)
*If you're going to park, I recommend just parking on the side of the road.. hotel parking is too expensive
Amenities are good.. it's a shame there's no pool...
Room cleaning - seems to be done roughly.. the trash can area is not cleaned (it seems like they only throw away big things..)
Amenities are not filled... one day thread & needle, one day hair cap, one day nothing.. hit or miss
I don't know because I didn't eat here
Ah! Baobab Bar has a good atmosphere and is friendly

The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the service is OK, there is unlimited free bottled water, the hotel environment is particularly good, it is right next to the river street, it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, and it is very suitable for checking in and taking pictures, especially the rooftop restaurant on the top floor, which is beautiful. The disadvantage is that the parking fee is expensive, there is no hot water and coffee in the lobby, and you need to go to the restaurant to get hot water.

We were able to check in an hour early. The room was clean and comfortable with a good location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and breakfast.

We booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

PINGThere is a parking lot opposite, but the charge is not cheap. I lived in a sofa bed, the service staff was very kind and very safe. After 11 o'clock in the evening, the door was closed and the card was checked in. There was a black brother on duty at the door. The bed is very comfortable and very high. It is very high. I use it. The old beauty facilities are simple and practical. They are not luxurious but not refined but strong!
