The upstairs primary suite is recently renovated to fully close off all four walls ensuring privacy. Air conditioning has also recently been installed throughout.Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony or in front of the fireplace in the open concept living/dining room. The primary bedroom includes a California King bed with a new (2024) Leesa Legend Hybrid Mattress and en-suite bathroom with double sinks located on the second floor. You can be in Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, or Arrowhead in minutes. The Avon Transportation Center is adjacent to the property with a shuttle to Vail and Bustang service to Denver.
