Everything was great. For a B&B, my only requirement is cleanliness, and this place met it. The bathroom with a sink is on the first floor, and the bedroom is on the second. It has a wet/dry separation, and I could leave my luggage downstairs, which was very convenient! A thoughtful touch was the extra blanket in the closet – very helpful when traveling with kids! Most hotels nowadays don't provide this, and you usually have to pay extra for an additional blanket. For elderly guests who need to use the restroom at night, climbing stairs might be something to consider. Overall, it was an excellent stay! Living in a Tulou (earthen building) was a wonderful experience too!

It's a bit strange; it claims to be a family-friendly hotel, yet it lacks bed rails. Other children's amenities, however, are quite complete. As a five-star hotel, looking at customers while speaking is basic, right? The receptionist, Chen Xiaomei, was expressionless and had a terrible attitude; she didn't even look up when I spoke to her. After checking in, I wasn't satisfied with the room type and asked Chen Xiaomei if I could pay for an upgrade. She didn't even look up and simply said there were no rooms available. I checked Ctrip, and there were still many rooms available. Clearly having rooms available, yet refusing to allow customers to pay for an upgrade and failing to communicate with customers is extremely incompetent. This service is worse than a 50 RMB restaurant down the mountain. My takeout arrived, but I wasn't in the room at the moment. I told the front desk I'd deliver it in five minutes. Three minutes later, I returned to the room to find a robot waiting at the door—I was helpless. The front desk really seems like a makeshift operation. I found a huge ant on the bed. The doorman, cleaning lady, and restaurant staff were all very friendly. I've also seen several complaints about the front desk on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). It hasn't improved after all this time; maybe the front desk staff are all people with connections.

The homestay is located in the Tulou Prince Scenic Area, in the center of the Tulou Group, quiet in the middle of noisy. The boss is the fourth generation of the owner of the century-old Zhencheng Building. He cooks good dishes, delicious and reliable. He stayed with friends for 3 nights during the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival and 2 dinners at his house. You can ask the proprietress to take the time to explain the history and characteristics of Zhencheng Building, and drink tea and chat in the teahouse on the first floor of his house. The boss is also good at flowers and plants, full of flowers, nine-tailed foxes, bougainvillea, and wolfberry leaves and other health grass plants. The overall feeling of leisure travel is very good. You need scenic spot tickets to enter the homestay. You can determine to visit several scenic spots in advance and buy suitable joint tickets.

A serene and charming inn in a lovely village. We stayed 3 nights but most people stay 1 or 2. Needless to say, the tulou are incredible. The proprietor, a 26th generation local, is very helpful and responsive. He gave us a map of the village, explained the ”rules” of self-guided tulou tours (e.g., if the front door is open, you may go in and look around the ground floor), and arranged a driver and itinerary during our stay. He could predict our needs, wasn't pushy at all, and made us feel welcome. Fair prices. The inn itself is in a tulou, so expect stairs and people walking through the courtyard. It is in the countryside (think chickens in the AM); we enjoyed the slow pace and quiet evenings. Delicious homestyle local food cooked by the proprietor's sweet mother. Eastern and Western breakfast, coffee available. Laundry and detergent, too. A memorable stay for our family of five. Exactly what we had hoped it would be

The owner was incredibly thoughtful; seeing that we had elderly guests, she kindly upgraded us to a ground-floor room free of charge, which we greatly appreciated. Facilities: Good. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Ambiance: It got a bit dark outside at night; some outdoor lighting would be a great improvement. Service: Excellent.

Staying in a modern room within a centuries-old Tulou was an incredible experience! They even installed an elevator in the Tulou, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is right next to the Tulou Prince scenic area, and there's parking available for those driving. What made it even better was the fantastic evening show; we specifically came for it and felt it was totally worth the trip! My only minor complaint is that the mattress was a bit too soft, and after a day of driving, it wasn't great for my back. Luckily, there was a firm daybed I could sleep on. I'd recommend visiting during the off-season; it's quieter at night, and you'll feel like you have the whole Tulou to yourself for photos. However, it's still a good idea to bring noise-canceling headphones, otherwise, you might get woken up early by tour groups checking in.

This stay was really a surprise! From the beginning of the get off the bus, I felt full of intimate, the front desk check-in was fast, the room type was very good, highly recommended. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft like a cloud, and I slept super heavy at night. The breakfast shop at the entrance of the hotel has many types to choose from, and the boiling water is really delicious! It is only three minutes away from the ancient city of Changting. It is convenient to go to attractions and business districts. Next time you come to live here, you must have five stars!

This time I stayed at the Tujiawan Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The quilt cover and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the hot bath was bigger than mine. I expected and the Hakka dishes in the restaurant next door were also delicious. The front desk sister Jiang is also very hospitable and talkative. In fact, this time from Malaysia to Yongding is to find roots. After talking to her, she was very happy to introduce me to the tour guide. After the tour guide took me to a lot of earth buildings, I found the ancestors by the way. In the evening, I returned to the hotel and met my sister at the front desk. We talked again before getting off work. She knew my hometown and was very happy to help me. I said that there were relatives who could help me find my hometown relatives. After about an hour, I received her good news, saying that there are relatives there. I will have people from my hometown to meet later. I am so excited and excited to receive her news. After comparing many options, the hotel I booked was a pleasant surprise. The river view was absolutely stunning, facing the Tingjiang River with a wide-open vista, offering views of the Eight Happiness Tower and the beautiful covered bridge. It was incredibly close to all the scenic spots; the best restaurants were just steps away, and the snacks on Shuidong Street were all authentic – I regret not trying more! To see the beautiful Jichuan Gate at night and watch the drone show, there was no need to squeeze into a crowded taxi; it was just a 10-15 minute walk through Shuidong Street. The hotel service was also very attentive and responsive. While not the most luxurious hotel, it was definitely the most convenient. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, including freshly ground soy milk, refreshing mung bean soup, and various Tingzhou snacks, which my child enjoyed.

To visit Yongding Tulou, you must choose Baifu Leisure Villa. It's really a treasure homestay. More than ten meters away from Zhencheng Building. The key is that there is no need to walk 2 kilometers from the entrance of the scenic spot to have attractions. Too tired. This time I brought my grandson, my first choice is his home. As soon as I enter the house, I feel at home. The proprietress drove to the back door to pick up. The boss greeted tea warmly. The parking lot is large and can park more than 20 cars, and the rooms are fully equipped. Hygiene and clean. The bedding is comfortable, the proprietress burns a hand, and the price is high. After eating, take a few steps to see the Tulou light show and performance. Extremely convenient. Children are unwilling to leave. You Yongding Tulou strongly recommend Baifu Leisure Villa.
