Mountain railway 3.2 km, gondola lift 4 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertalbahn/Kaltenbach 4 km, Spieljochbahn/Fügen 3.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. On the estate animal husbandry. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. "Nina", 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. "The accommodation is really very nice and spacious. It is well equipped and of high quality. All rooms are in almost new condition. Communication with the landlady was good - always had time for a chat or a recommendation. Good parking at the house! Udern"
