But the hotel also needs to improve the service level. The ability to prepare meals when the room is full on holidays is obviously not keeping up, and there is a chef. But it is not possible to remind customers that they need to book in advance if they eat at the hotel, and the hotel can at least arrange the meal time. There are some episodes during the stay. It is really angry about safety issues, but the staff also promptly handled the apology and appeased our emotions. I hope the hotel will do better and better, it is a satisfactory resort. The road up the mountain is quite steep, and there is no mirror at the big bend. Friends who see the comments pay attention to driving safety."
