One piece of advice, or rather two: RENOVATE the BATHROOMS a bit, because even those traveling with dogs deserve more respect. Stop accepting pets if you have to offer this service. In conclusion, the spa is not included in the price and the outdoor thermal pool has loungers crammed together. I won't be returning. The only positive note was the cleanliness of the room."

"My wife and I have been to this hotel on two occasions and we have been very satisfied on both of them. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean everywhere you go. Our room was perfect for our needs (our priority was the thermal pool experience!) and we were very impressed with their restaurant which works on a buffet system for the clients. The dish offerings were numerous and the quality of the food was excellent! The pool experience was very positive with both an indoor and outdoor section. We used the pool while snow was falling! We ate in the hotel twice it was so good. The pool and spa were spotless and well maintained), We hoped for the same when we checked out and into their 5 star sister hotel Grand Hotel Da Vinci, but it was not a patch . Miramonti is attentive personal care and attention from all the staff, with a special mention to reception and the housekeeping staff. The young restaurant staff were efficient but, unlike the more mature staff member who was very personable, they need to develop their personability as they were a little aloof and off hand. "
