"We requested Manager -Suman Aich for late check out by 1-2 hrs but he was rude and kept saying repeatedly to us to check out at 12 noon without fail. I had to tell him we have heard the same and no need to repeat. In room they refused to give extra tea / coffee sachets as management has told them to do so.... Breakfast is also pathetic, we stayed here for 2 rooms x 4 nights and got same menu every day - in non veg boiled eggs & omelette , in veg - sambar , vada , idli only as option on daily basis. I was staying here for 3rd time in eight years and looks like now this hotel has become old with total non cooperative staff lead by their Manager Mr. Suman Aich"

"Not bad, clean, staff solves all the issues within 5 minutes, teapot, safe, restaurant excellent, live music, swimming pool in the yard, but we didn't use it. To the beach less than 10 minutes. I would like to add a lingerie dryer to the rooms, after the beach wet things nowhere to dry."

"I think santiago beach resort is average for me because there is vintage types of room and air conditions also. And the second thing is complimentary breakfast is not enough non vegetation food its because i thought average for me. The morning breakfast like foreigners not like indians"
Fiesta Beach Resort
"We stayed at Fiesta from 16-22 Jan in Lavender and Mustard Rooms. Overall the hotel is a decent property, with clean rooms and it's USP is being just across the beach. Also, the hotel has beautiful exterior decor, and a nice idol of Ganpati Bappa :) There are a few things IMO which can be improved: (a) The room's interior feels pretty dated. Also no card key lock system and missing basic facilities like dental kits and slippers which we had to request each time from house keeping. (b) The mustard room didn't have a functioning boiler. We had to settle with cold water. Lavender was fine tho in this regard. (c) The room freshner makes a "hissing" noise, that sounds creepy at first especially in middle of night. I would request the staff to please change this. (d) On returning early morning from beach to hotel (around 6 AM), I couldn't see security personnel especially when we had a creep following us. I would expect the security to be around 24x7. As said, the main attraction IMO for this property is being right across the Baga Beach. I would suggest opting for it, if you intend to spend most of the time on the beach."

"Baia Do Sol is a good place to stay with family. The location is nice and overall the stay was comfortable. However, cleanliness needs to be improved. The food was moderate, not bad but not great. Also, the service was slow and it took a very long time to receive food orders. With better cleaning and faster service, the experience could be much better. Location is very good near to beach 2 mints walking distance."

"We’ve had another fantastic stay at the Nazri Hotel in Baga! The entertainment over the past year has been absolutely brilliant – there’s always something going on, and it really makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The bingo nights and horse racing events have been a real highlight for us, always great fun and well organised. Karaoke is also a big part of the fun – no need to be shy as no one’s a professional, it’s all about having a laugh and getting involved! A special mention has to go to the staff – they are genuinely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and always going out of their way to make sure everyone has a great time. Not to mention Prasentjit, the manager, who truly goes above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him – whether it’s putting on something special for your birthday like a cake and a beautifully decorated table, he makes every guest feel valued and looked after. The rooms are also cleaned to a very high standard, which makes a big difference to the overall stay. And of course, the Christmas gala event was just incredible! Such a memorable evening with a great atmosphere, food, and entertainment. Overall, the Nazri continues to impress year after year. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and are already looking forward to coming back!"

"A few of us friends decided to do a school reunion at Goa. We looked around and finally settled onto Mayflower Resorts, Baga. At first glace the Portugese style architecture is strikingly attractive and different to what's on offer in most places in Goa. It's well located just 50m off Titos lane....Close enough to the lane but tucked into Green surroundings.. We were greeted by warm friendly staff at the front desk and post the necessary formalities we were led to our Rooms which were extremely spacious and very tastefully done up. The washrooms too are airy. All amenities are available including a mini fridge and a Safe. The food at the Restaurant had a very homely taste so much so that we decided to have most meals at the in house restaurant itself. The swimming pool is fault big and well maintained unlike many other hotels. The owner Sylvester is a pleasure to interact with and can always be contacted for things to do. Only thing is they are very particular about people following basic ettiquttes within the hotel premises. Which I feel helps to further improve the overall Experience. To be fair to them their staff which is extremely courteous also follows it. . We had a lovely time and would strongly recommend the property for a getaway. "
