"The stay was awesome we stayed for 5 nights the staff was overwhelming and very polite they also provided complimentary upgrade, the hotel is situated in outskirts of Manali in a serene location with nice hill views and snow covered views . Food was top notch and room was centrally heated. The front desk staff and restaurant staff was very helpful and helped in every request."

"We had a wonderful stay at Span Resorts and Spa, Manali for 4 nights and 5 days, and our overall experience was excellent. The location of the resort is truly amazing. The snow-covered mountains right in front of our room created a breathtaking view every morning. The beautiful garden area was very well maintained and added to the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. One of the best parts of our stay was the food and beverage service. The variety of food was very good, and the quality and taste were excellent. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thanks to restaurant staff members Dhyan, Akash, Rajkiran Manager and Shyam Singh for their exceptional hospitality and caring attitude. The spa experience was also excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the resort was very impressive. There were good amenities for children and families including a basketball area, gym, playroom, and other activities which kept everyone engaged. The resort is located away from city noise, making it an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying nature peacefully. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would definitely recommend Span Resorts to anyone visiting Manali for a peaceful holiday with beautiful views and outstanding service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"First it is not a deluxe cottage but room Second the bathroom stink because unlike a hotel and even a home every bathroom pipe is connected to a adjacent shaft this is not present This is not a hotel but a guest house or home stay and overpriced. As for kitchen it is a shed outside the building also the staff is very less, 2 person in kitchen with 1 also the waiter "
