"This hotel lacks a soul. Poor checkin experience, poor breakfast, elevators that open different ways and you end upon the street and not in the hotel. Poor rooms, sterile and a bit like a prison room to be honest. Genuinely one of the poorest experiences I have had. Not worth the money, my advice is to avoid this hotel, and there are better options locally."

"I was very surprised by that small town. So nice with a lot of history. The hostel is situated in a strategic position opposite to the river and sports path. Even small it is very clean and well organised. Staff is very helpful and working seriously. The breakfast gives you a nice starting with its rich composition. Unfortunately my stay was short but I would recommend it for for maximum nights to relax and make activities in Baden."

"Enjoyed a great two night stay in Blume with two colleagues for a technical workshop. Had a great dinner for three on the night of arrival. Everything goes very smoothly in hotel Blume and the place is highly atmospheric. Also had a chance to take the hot bath with natural spring water in the basement, fantastic! This is at no additional cost for hotel guests."

"The hotel room is nice and very clean and a good price. However, the staff are less then useless, seriously. I had to go to the front desk twice to ask to not be disturbed by room service. The first employee had no understanding of how their system worked. Only on the second encounter did they enter me into their system. I also paid for late check out. 40CHF mind you! But they didn’t enter that into their system either!! So I had a barrage of people at my hotel door all morning trying to throw me out until I finally managed to explain I had already paid to stay there! Nice hotel, but don’t pay for late check out and be weary of the staff."

"Super central, newt to the train station, it is clean and cute, but the hotel 2 sides are facing 2 very busy streets. I was set in a double room on 1st floor and you could hear all the buses every 5mns coming out from the central bus station. My room was nicely designed, about 25 sqm, bed was comfy, and room had a nespresso machine. On the corridor there was even a nespresso tea machine. Breakfast isn't glorious at all, the cappuccino coming from am Automated machine was not drinkable, albeit I stayed 2 nights, and had 2 Breakfast, it was the same quality (poor) and limited choice every morning. The.gym is more a closet with weights, no tread mill or any machine. For that the price was i found exorbitant, 210 chf a night, in zurich you pay less and get more, so for Baden you can definitely get better hotels for less too."
