"The hotel is located in the city center. Very clean and, of course, well heated as it was -3 degrees outside. The room was perfect and the staff were welcoming and helpful. As for breakfast, it was very good and I particularly enjoyed the soup."

"Very enjoyable. We were with the family for one night. Come at two o'clock in the night without problems settle and gave a parking for the car. Very convenient room on the first floor with a view to the garden and swimming pool. Three and a half beds are comfortable and soft. Very welcoming staff. From the downsides, there was no feather in the room and bath instead of shower. And so very clean and beautiful salon in the hall. Breakfast was very nice to choose what you want both cashes and eggs and baking and jimmy coffee tea juice."

"An ABSOLUTE SHAME – Zephyr Hotel Ifrane, one of the worst establishments I have ever stayed in. I have never been so disrespected, ignored, and treated like an ***** as in this hotel. Upon arrival, my best friend and I experienced a delay of over 1 hour and 20 minutes for check-in. Fine. But despite my CLEAR request in the reservation for a ground-floor room (I suffer from a herniated disc, it's not a whim), we were given a room upstairs with a disgusting view of a construction site: dust, rubble, tools, a filthy terrace, disgusting chairs. It was simply unsanitary. I went back downstairs. The receptionist, with barely veiled arrogance, said to me: "Ah, the ladies didn't like the room!" as if we were being fussy. He promised a new room the next day with a pool view. I accepted, naively thinking he would keep his word. The next day, he was gone. I found myself facing an incompetent team who gave me the runaround, ignored me, and tried to silence me with a fake smile. The manager finally arrived, vaguely listened to my problem, asked me to trust him and come back later. Two hours later, no call. Nothing. Complete radio silence. When we returned, we were given an overheated attic room, with no terrace and terrible ventilation. In the middle of a heatwave. I stormed back downstairs, furious, and the manager snapped at me, "It's this or nothing," in an icy tone. Then he turned his back on me as if I were a barking dog. That was the last straw. I asked to cancel and get a refund. I was completely ignored. They left me standing there with my suitcases, watching me have a meltdown without lifting a finger. The manager told the flight attendants, right in front of me, "Leave them alone, focus on your work." 👉 It's humiliating. Violent. Unacceptable. The complaints number? They never answer. And when I ask to file a complaint, they calmly tell me, "The complaints department isn't working." Completely fed up, I go back to the first room, take photos and videos of the filth, and go back downstairs to publicly display them at reception in front of the other guests. And then, MIRACLE: I'm finally given a decent room. So you had rooms available, but you chose to mistreat us. You waited until we exploded with anger, until we screamed, until we made our voices heard, before you did anything. It's a disgrace. A farce. A circus. No compassion. No respect. No professionalism."
