"We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for 9 nights in June and we’re not disappointed, it is fabulous! The bedrooms are comfortable. clean and spacious and have either a balcony or terrace area. The whole hotel is well maintained and the staff work hard to ensure it’s clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a residential area away from the centre of Cunda which means it is a relaxing and quiet place to return to after a day or evening out. The garden and pool area is lovely with plenty of seating and areas to relax and enjoy the views of Ayvalik. We also enjoyed swimming from the pier. The ‘famous’ breakfast is fresh delicious and plentiful- you will not go hungry 😂All staff are friendly and helpful and we would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Cunda- we would love to return 😊thank you for welcoming us"

"The rooms we well below standard with water damaged walls and dirty bathrooms that stank. I complained and was told they were full. They did nothing to rectify the situation. We even had to ask for a top sheet on the bed and they just gave the sheet and did not seem to know how to make a bed with a sheet. The restaurant staff were great but there was no buffet and offered limited choice of dishes for dinner. Breakfast they brought to the table. Wonderful beach. No additional facilities. This hotel should NOT be listed on Qantas holidays - it is NOT recommended. "

"It has its own private beach and it was not crowded, the breakfast was nice, it would have been better if it wasn't the constant wind, it takes 10 minutes to Ayvalik center, black mulberry juice is served at the entrance, it was very good."

"This hotel was one of the most delightful surprises of our Ayvalık vacation. Right from check-in, the warm, smiling welcome made us feel like we had made the right choice. The rooms are exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable. You can sense the care and effort put into every corner of the hotel. What impressed us most was how much the staff genuinely values their guests. You don't feel like a mere customer, but rather a cherished guest. The breakfast was both delicious and incredibly varied; the freshness of the ingredients was immediately noticeable. Its location allows easy access to the beauties of Ayvalık, yet the hotel's tranquil atmosphere might make you hesitant to even leave. With its peacefulness, cleanliness, and warm ambiance, it far exceeded our expectations. When we return to Ayvalık, we will definitely stay here again without a second thought. "The hotel staff was very attentive. When you walked in the room smelled wonderful. Everything from the towels to the bedspread on the bed, the bathroom, etc. was spotlessly clean and sparkling. There is no parking problem either. It is within walking distance to the center of Cunda. I congratulate the hotel manager. When I go to Cunda again, I will look at this hotel first. Thank you."
