"I really like the style of this castle hotel. The environment is beautiful and elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are complete. The restaurant is beautiful and the tableware is exquisite. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I feel the professional and high-quality service of the hotel team. Especially when I met the Chinese front desk employee Xiao Wei, he was kind, thoughtful and professional. In particular, we left the hotel and drove down the mountain. We had a flat tire. Due to language barriers, we could not communicate with the car dealership. We had to run back to the hotel for help. Xiao Wei immediately rushed to the middle of the mountain to help us contact the car dealership. He also helped us move the luggage back to the hotel on the mountain to wait, and accompanied us to wait and instruct the driver. Finally, we arrived in Salamanca smoothly. Here we would like to thank Xiao Wei for his help and enthusiastic help. His professional and efficient business ability impressed us deeply. It made us feel the warmth of family in a foreign country. Thank you for having you. The beautiful Avila and the hotel left us a beautiful article on our journey. "Better than expected based on the reviews. The hostel is old but renovated, though not to the highest standard. It's clean, has an excellent location, and is very easy to get in and out of. There's usually no one at reception. The breakfast isn't good: weak coffee, bottled juice, and bread or a pastry. The rooms have no soundproofing, and you can hear absolutely everything. The heating is too high. The mattresses are mediocre, and the room is small. For a discounted night, it's sufficient."

"This is a charming palace that has been converted into a hotel right in the heart of Avila beside the Cathedral. If you’re driving, then there is onsite parking, however, beware of the steps from the car park to the hotel if you’re carrying a lot of luggage. We unloaded outside the hotel, but had to carefully manage our way down the stairs to the car park when checking out. The breakfast room is set behind the beautiful central courtyard and the staff were friendly and attentive. As per check in and check out, fairly straightforward, but don’t expect any smiles or warm customer service."
