"Location: The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. The beach is within walking distance, and the slope in front of the hotel offers beautiful views as you walk down. Service: Although the front desk service was a bit slow, the staff were very friendly and had a great attitude. Facilities: The room felt old and the lighting was dim. Hygiene: It didn't feel very clean."

"The Bellanca Hotel is ideally located, close to the Casino, with a direct view on the harbor and access to the beach. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us - they gave my son a little souvenir, he was delighted to get it. Rooms are cosy, extremely clean, and have all that is needed. The only thing we liked less about our stay is not about the hotel per se but that some guests talked loudly in the common area until midnight to the point it was hard to sleep. When we notified the staff they took care of it."

Although the hotel is located halfway up the mountain, they offer a shuttle service every ten minutes, transporting guests between the hotel, the ferry terminal, and Downtown. This is incredibly helpful for people who aren't good at navigating. The service runs from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM."

"The staff are nice and accommodating. Chris was very helpful for both checking-in and even assisting us with our transport to the ferry station upon check-out. The location is convenient and accessible. It has restaurants, pharmacy and even grocery store nearby. Will definitely book this hotel next time we come back. ☺️"
