"The hotel's location is good, and the hotel's packaging is good. The downsides are the lack of a front desk, which is difficult for people who don't speak the local language to understand during check-in and check-out. Because there's no front desk, you need to upload your passport before check-in and scan the room's QR code and fill out a check-out form to leave. The entrance door has an electronic keypad lock. The first time I went, I didn't even know how to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. The second time, I contacted Ctrip customer service beforehand, and they helped me resolve the check-in and Wi-Fi issues. The only downside this time was that the double room they gave me was too small, only half the size of the previous one, and the heating wasn't good. After informing the housekeeping staff, the heating was better the next day."
