Narbonne doesn't have a famous attraction, but it's a great place to quietly enjoy the view of southern France, but I couldn't, because my mother was sick. It is inevitable that the son's heart is given a perfect score to those who were kind to the sick mother and a zero score to those who were unkind."

I politely asked in French if she could please use the toilets to be told in English, this is a hotel madam not a public toilet. Obviously I’m aware of that but who would treat a little girl so cruelly and take pains to humiliate in the process. I would avoid this hotel at all costs if this is their character and attitude"

"The hotel is located in the Carcassonne Castle, next to the church, with a beautiful environment. It is a historic castle hotel. The navigation position of our Mercedes-Benz business car was a little off, so we parked in the riverside parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel then used a small car to pull the luggage to the hotel. The swimming pool is not open in winter, and you can hike in the castle in the morning. The hotel garden is very exquisite. Breakfast ends at 10:15, which is a bit too early for a resort hotel. Dinner requires reservations. We didn't make reservations in advance and had to eat outside. The hotel recommended a restaurant next door, a 5-minute walk away. The dishes were amazing and we had two meals in a row. We stayed in a family suite with a large bed and an 80 cm single bed. We stayed in 4 people, and the hotel added a single bed for us free of charge. The toiletries are all Clarins, the shower water is very large, the room is well heated, and the stay is very comfortable, which is very suitable for family vacations. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and the castle black chocolate presented is also delicious."

"It's hard to find. The rooms are also strangely distributed. The front desk didn't mention that a password was needed to enter the door at night.
