"I recently went to Swara Acacia Lodge as a surprise trip organized by my boyfriend and it was amazing. I enjoyed the entire experience from the food, the service and the serene natural environment. If you're looking for a place to relax away from the city and enjoy the natural environment then this is definitely the place for you. I have to mention that we were here during off season and also during the week and the service was exceptional with great attention to detail. From the moment we checked in, the staff was really amazing to us. They made sure to call us before meals to confirm what times we would be at the restaurant for meals; they also provided hot water bottles to keep us warm every night and always checked to see if we needed anything. They went above and beyond to celebrate us as we were celebrating our anniversary and we felt so special the entire time. We also spent some time doing archery and going out for nature walks and we were accompanied by a staff member who was so professional and knowledgeable during these activities. Our room was so pleasant and I loved how everything is made from natural materials so there was no need for air conditioning indoors. Also loved the cheetah theme in the room and the fact that the room was kept clean during the day and would be sprayed every evening to protect from mosquitoes and bugs. In addition to everything, I met the tailor who sews everything that is sold in the shops and she was kind enough to take my measurements and custom make some pants for me with the materials that I picked out. Everything was completed on time and made so well. Generally, our entire stay was pleasant and with great attention to detail. Based on our experience, my boyfriend and I definitely agreed to go back again and try all the other activities that we didn't end up doing. I would advice anyone to plan ahead and call ahead of time before going. Also, definitely try to go during off season and on week days if you love to enjoy some quiet time without many guests. Again, I really enjoyed my experience and can't wait to go back again another time! ❤️"

"Peaciful get-away from Nairobi. We stayed here for two nights to have a rest after our flight upon arrival in Kenya. Great place to relax within a relatively close distance from the city. Beautiful, spacious gardens, quality food, nice pool and playground for the kids and great service."

"We visited the place and had talked to somebody earlier and told us there are rooms and food. After getting there, no food super tired from a long journey. The receptionist was super rude( poor customer service). I think a client should be given options. Despite me being a loyal client she didn't care. Of course am not visiting the place anytime."
