"Environment: This hotel is quite old and located in the center of Asti. Transportation is very inconvenient; all roads are one-way, and parking is extremely difficult. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend driving to this hotel. Aside from the breakfast restaurant being very comfortable and the front desk staff being very polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are quite old. It's a hotel built in the style of old Italian architecture, and all the facilities, including some of the equipment, have a vintage feel. In winter, the heating system is very noisy."

"I would like to express my deep disappointment and frustration with an incident that occurred during my recent stay at Le Cattedrali Relais. I chose your new place for my stay because it is owned by a you, 3-star Michelin chef. I already tried the Bistrot in Torino where I enjoyed the food and service. Top Class! Given the high standards and exceptional reputation associated with his establishments, I expected a similar level of excellence at this hotel. It was for a special date for our couple. On June 1st, I checked out after 2 days of stay. We had a very good time and great experience till then. Unfortunately, I did forget 2 items in the cupboard: a jacket and a raincoat. I noticed the incident when I reached home in Switzerland. I felt my first dissatisfaction. I should have been called by the hotel as soon as they noticed that I left personal items in the room. Nevertheless, I called the hotel, and they only found my jacket. The raincoat disappeared; in simple words it was stolen . This incident has caused me significant inconvenience and distress, particularly given the value and sentimental attachment to the item. Following the theft, I promptly reported the incident to the staff. Unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional and unsatisfactory response. The customer service I received was not at the level I would expect from a luxury hotel even from hotel director. Specifically: - There was a lack of urgency and concern regarding the theft. - The staff provided inconsistent information and failed to follow up as promised. - I was not offered any form of compensation or assistance, leaving me to handle the situation on my own. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel regarding this matter, I have not received any updates or confirmation about the possibility of retrieving my jacket. The lack of communication and inability to ship the jacket back to me have further compounded my frustration and disappointment. I did need to ask a 3rd party to support me in this case to get back my jacket. Very Very horrible situation and experience"

"The decoration style of the hotel room is very strange and easy to rest."

"Hotel location is not bad, the train station is 100 meters, there is a parking lot, there is a supermarket downstairs, the room is not big, the house building blinds are very Italian style, the boss is good, communication is very convenient, mainly speaking Italian, breakfast is OK, quite warm."

"Not bad, there is red wine gift"

"The staff was extremely helpful and diligent and it is a very nice hotel, only the A/C wasn’t working very well everything else was very good and the park surrounding this lovely building is beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast was good with an okay choice. We will stay here next time we need to be in this area."

"Better tha the two other hotels we used on our way from the UK to Italy to see family. Room was large, clean and air coditioned, and there was eveb a small fridge, which we appreciated. Breakfast was fine... meat and cheese as well as breads and yoghurts. I am diabetic so am used to skipping breakfast, but here it was fine. It was also quiet, which our last hotel mose assuredly was not. We were very, very pleased."

"Wow! Great, large room with warm and soft bedding, an absolutely beautiful vista overlooking a vineyard, wonderful hosts, and fine food. Thank you, Francisco, for being so welcoming. It's just a hop and skip to Neive and Barbaresco with their stunning vistas and vineyards."
