"I originally planned to stay here as a layover, but once I got to the hotel, I was asked to change rooms because of the hot water. I felt the hotel was very responsive! Although the facilities were more traditional, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and must have a knack for detail! Tissues, a shower head, a kettle... So I stayed two extra days and took the opportunity to rediscover this small Nile city. As the sun set, the numerous wedding banquet halls along the riverbanks were a joyous spectacle! The owner was incredibly nice 👍 and honest and reliable!"
