"This is a great little place just 2km outside Assisi. The gardens, pool, staff and accommodation are all excellent. The staff were just fantastic. The suite was a great size. Only complaint was beds were a little hard for me. It is across the road from a bar, some shops including Conrad supermarket and an ATM machine which is handy. It is a ten minute walk to the Church which is beautiful and worth a visit. "

There's no elevator, and although they can help you with your luggage, you have to climb several stairs every time you go to the store. There's nothing to eat in the breakfast, and it's old and not good quality. Even though the first floor is a restaurant, there's nothing to eat. There's not even a coffee machine. This is not a suitable accommodation for families."

Very friendly staff and the room where breakfast is served is really beautiful and intimate. Overall I absolutely recommend it.
