Miramar la Cigale Hotel Thalasso & Spa ★★★★★

"This hotel does not live up to a 5 stars hotel experience and standards. On the positive, great location, nice building, nice rooms, very quiet and peaceful. On the negative, No welcoming staff, a single concierge acting as doorman, butler and valet when available and during day time only. You basically have to park your car yourself and carry your luggage(s) when the concierge is not available, For breakfast, buffet only. If you wish to iron a shirt, there is no iron nor iron board available in the hotel. Dry cleaning service only. I had better customer care and experience in 4 stars hotels. This is simply not acceptable."
