"This was a very cute place! We were only there for one night and had an early morning departure so we missed breakfast. Paul was delightful and helpful. The room was a little small however we were out and about so that did not bother us. Everything was clean and very nice. It is a 4-minute walk to town (if that). The town is adorable! "A large motel, the hotel grounds are a large park. There is a large lawn and a rugby field. very quiet. We live in a separate area. The room is not big and can accommodate 2-3 people. There is a public kitchen, which is large and cooking is no problem. There are dedicated public toilets and bathrooms, only hotel guests have keys, one minute's walk from the room. There is a medium-sized supermarket 5 minutes' walk away. It is a 10-minute walk from the town center, less than 20 kilometers from Queenstown, and a 20-minute drive. Compared with the same housing price in Queenstown, it is half cheaper."

She went to do her own stuff. After I asked what I am waiting, The "Manager" finally came but ask us when we book the hotel. But later I found My name is on her booking excel actually. They just don't want to take care of us."

"A Very Good and clean motel that is an easy ten-minutes walk to Arrowtown. The room was clean and well presented with the heating on when I arrived.  The staff are friendly and helpful.  Overall a quiet location in the middle of a residential area.  My room had a small fridge and a kitchenette with a kettle, cook-top, toaster and microwave with sufficient items to cook and serve simple meals.  They also provide a small bottle of milk everyday.  The bed has an electric blanket that works well. There is also a good Airconditioning unit.  Wifi works ok in the reception area and outside the room, but sometimes weak in the room. They also provide a guest laundry on a payment basis.  I visited in the winter and it was a nice stay.  Overall a somewhat above average experience with above average staff."

"I booked this homestay for 7,000 yuan. It was really pitted. The whole house was very old. Jianzhen was zero at night. The room and bathroom had no air conditioning at all. The quilt was pitiful. There was a small air conditioner and a small heater in the living room. I wore a lot of clothes to sleep. The bathroom was frozen and shaking. This landlord was really bad. I didn't agree to check out early. I was very speechless. Fortunately, I understood. I checked out unconditionally on the third day! Top Trip.com !"
