There was rubbish left on the bench from a previous guest. The room was not made up each day (there were only 2 coffee sachets in the holder for 2 people to make do for 3 nights). And the hot water wasn't working the one cold morning. The manager and his helper were friendly though."

"Only the name of this motel is good. It’s a very basic place. The receptionist was extremely rude and looked like she’d had enough of the day when we checked in at 9 pm. Used towels were still left in the toilet and shower, and nothing looked anywhere near as fancy as their supposed 4.5-star claim. Definitely not worth the money you pay. Avoid if possible."
