Hôtel Arles Plaza ★★★★
"Great hotel although coffee machine was an issue to use and why dont htey offer some milk for coffee?"
Kyriad Arles ★★
"The room was okay. We booked a two-night stay at this hotel through Ctrip, including breakfast. Arriving at the hotel a little after 9:10 PM, the front desk clerk warmly checked us in, but didn't explain breakfast. Generally, if breakfast is included, the front desk clerk will inform you of the time and location. If it's not included, they'll ask if you want to order it. However, since we arrived late, we didn't pay attention. The next day, when we had breakfast, no one at the hotel asked us to pay for breakfast. However, when we returned that evening, the receptionist who had been there before asked us to pay for breakfast. I explained that my room rate included breakfast, and that it was also stated on my English confirmation. Since I don't speak French and my English is only sparse, communicating with the front desk clerk was a bit tedious. An elderly woman tried to explain the fee, but the whole process was in French, so the front desk clerk sent her away. Later, a middle-aged man came forward to explain the fee. I asked if he was the owner, but he said no, thinking he was just a tourist or a neighbor, and there was no need to argue with him. Unexpectedly, he became furious, told me to leave the hotel, and threatened to call the police! We exited the hotel and, sitting on a bench near the entrance, called Ctrip customer service. Unlike the previous time in Andorra, the call went through smoothly. Customer service listened to my concerns and said they would contact the hotel front desk immediately and respond in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the middle-aged man left the hotel and told us the police would arrive in five minutes. However, when he returned about ten minutes later, the police hadn't arrived. He stood behind me and engaged in a conversation with the person across from me, completely rude and unbecoming of a hotel employee. Later, I saw Ctrip calling, but my phone, presumably on Do Not Disturb, didn't ring. So I called Ctrip again, and their customer service offered me a solution: I'd pay for breakfast first, and Ctrip would compensate me. I also asked that Ctrip apologize to the hotel for kicking us out and let us in. Later, a middle-aged man walked out of the hotel, smiling broadly, listening to his phone. He handed me the phone. It was Ctrip customer service, saying they had already communicated with the hotel and that I could check back in after paying for breakfast. After I hung up the phone, the middle-aged man's attitude changed drastically. He smiled and asked me to go through the formalities with the front desk. When I asked to pay by credit card, the front desk said no, and required me to enter my card number into their computer. How could I feel comfortable with that? I said I had to pay in cash, but the front desk looked hesitant and looked at the middle-aged man. He said it was okay, and the matter was resolved. I thought the matter was settled, but when I went back to open the door, I found that the lock had been changed. I went back to the front desk, and they gave me a new key. How bizarre!"
Hôtel de l'Amphithéâtre ★★★
"Amazing location and very friendly service! But there was no hair dryer (not sure if it was just my room) and it would have been even better if there are plugs close to the bed"
Urban Style Arl Hotel ★★★
"Perfect!"
Ibis Budget Arles Palais des Congres ★★
"The elevator was broken and the toilet was dirty!"
Premiere Classe Arles ★★
"Reception only speaks French and is not very open to those who do not speak the language. Otherwise, the hotel offers a good quality/price ratio."
Logis Hôtel le Rodin ★★★★
"Convenient parking, clean hotel, very good experience of French countryside, good service, reasonable price, hotel breakfast is a standard Western breakfast, when you book directly, choose to bring breakfast more cost-effective."
Ibis Styles Arles Palais des Congrès ★★★
"Lovely hotel with the simplicity of ibis and just outside the old city. Therefore a good price quality ratio."
Mercure Arles Centre Arènes ★★★★
"The room was clean, but I went down to the front desk twice to ask for slippers, but there was no one there. There was no phone at the room, and it seemed the hotel staff had left work. Even though I hadn't checked out yet, housekeeping came in through the door in the morning. It was clean, but the service was very poor. However, the rooftop view was worth it, as it offered a view of the stars at night, reminiscent of Van Gogh."

Hôtel & Spa Jules César Arles - MGallery
"Still, it's OK"
Hostellerie de La Source
"I would describe this as a simple, unpretentious budget hotel away from the crowd; just out of town in a quiet spot. On arrival, I was shown to one of the smaller purpose-built rooms/chalets by the pool but my wife and I opted for a slightly larger room in the potentially fabulous main house. Although this is a small, possibly unsophisticated establishment, all they need to do is add a few antiques, a little finesse, improved housekeeping, and you have an excellent boutique hotel. On the other-hand, you couldn’t ask for a better welcome. Big shout out to Clemente and Romeo. (However, expect local drinkers laughing and enjoying themselves late into the evening. So I suggest you avoid the rooms overlooking the bar if you’re a light sleeper.) Best regards Mr Ken Hospitality and Restaurant Critic"
Mas de la Chapelle
"We stayed in a triple room. Beds were comfortable. We had large queen bed and full size single bed for my daughter. Linen nice and lots of extra cushions provided. Large bathroom and separate toilet. Shower pressue good. Basic hand soap provided. Beautiful grounds to wander and explore. We drove in via sunflower fields. Private secure parking. Large tiled pool with many sun lounges in sun and shade. Pool towels provided. No restaurant so only continental breakfast offered. We brought in our own food and were able to access plates, cutlery and microwave. Staff very helpful. Owners live on site. Chapel converted to lounge area with many artefacts from overseas. Overall very peaceful and relaxing place. Easy drive to Arles, Sainte Remy and Les Baux. Nice to come back after sightseeing for swim and sit by pool. "
Odalys Residence Le Village Camarguais Les Gardians
"You can see that the 4 star rating was very long time ago and since the last 25 years, nothing was improved or updated. BAthroom and WC are sold, smell very badly and has mildew in the corners. House and rooms are more than tiny. No basic kitchen supply (dishwasher cups etc) provided. Would not recommend it and would not go there either again."
Hotel Spa le Calendal
"The South of France is a truly unique place! Arriving late at night, I left the train station and dragged my suitcase all the way to the hotel. The night view along the way was like stepping into a medieval European oil painting. The room was spacious enough, with a small table and chairs by the door. It was very relaxing."
Résidence Odalys Référence les Gardians
"The accommodation is good. The quiet and pleasant place. A pleasant and responding to requests. It could be improved with a door between the room and the corner bed in the corridor for more intimacy. The coffee shop is not convenient for breakfast"
Maison Volver
"Very small rooms, VERY small bathrooms, good blackout blinds, fine airconditioning. No elevator. Too expensive restaurant."
Hôtel du Musée
"Clean and spacious room. We love the stay here."
Noemys Arles
"It was a very pleasant experience"
Hôtel Présent - 200m des Arènes d'Arles - Encore Mieux
"Hotel was in a good central location near the arena. The room we stayed in was small and basic, with some chic decor. It was clean. As the hotel is next to some restaurants, it was very noisy. The room walls were thin and throughout, we could hear other guests opening and closing the doors, talking, etc. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for us."
Auberge de Jeunesse HI Arles
"Good: pretty close to the centre, plenty of daylight in the room, spacious room. Unfortunately some of the mattresses had some stains. There are only 4 outlets in 1 corner in an 8-bed dorm. The property looks designed to host school groups more than an inviting place for travelers. Overall it was good for my 1 night stay."
La Résidence Arles Centre
"I recommend without problems"
Hôtel Le Relais de Poste Arles Centre Historique
"The hotel is well located, clean and beautifully decorated. I strongly recommend"
Mas Petit Fourchon
"The room is very comfortable, the environment is very good, not far from the city by car. It is not recommended to not drive, it is not convenient to travel."
