Benefitting from a charming vantage point, looking over the glistening water and across to Instow village. This view is especially pretty at night, with the sparkling waterfront lamps reflecting off the water. PLEASE NOTE: The Appledore Maritime Innovation Centre is currently being built across the road. As it’s a multi-phase construction project, there may occasionally be some daytime noise, although we aren’t given schedules or specific timings in advance.
