Urban Yard Hotel
"The hotel was nice & have friendly staffs. Keep it the good things always."
Residence la Fraisiere
"Similar to a B&B➕Group Rental, there is no signboard outside and you can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like a normal hotel lobby and only a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment where I live has 5 households. The compartment has a door and requires a code to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also requires a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure, which makes it a bit insecure. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom and bathroom are okay. The sound insulation effect is average. Hotel supplies are average. Given the generally high prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant choice."
Ibis Brussels Erasmus
"Small room but comfortable."
Escale Hotel
"We booked this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Brussels. When we arrived early, the lady at reception was very kind and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after travelling. Later that evening, after spending the day exploring Brussels, we returned to the hotel very late and exhausted. That’s when we noticed there was an old blood stain on the bedsheets. The bed was also extremely itchy, and it felt like something was biting us during the night, although we couldn’t find any visible bugs. The next morning, we had to leave very early to catch a train to Luxembourg, and again returned late that evening. We informed the receptionist about the stained sheets, but unfortunately he was very rude and dismissive. He told us our complaint was “unacceptable” because we reported it late in the evening and should have mentioned it in the morning instead. In our opinion, he could have simply passed the issue on to the morning staff so it could be handled properly. What made things worse was that housekeeping made the bed the next day but did not replace the sheets at all the blood stain was still there. Our trip itself was amazing, but sadly, about a week later, both my girlfriend and I were diagnosed with Lyme disease after experiencing bites during our stay. We cannot say for certain where it came from, but our experience in the hotel room definitely raised concerns. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the poor handling of a hygiene-related complaint."
YOUR HOSTEL auberge de jeunesse
"Highly not recommended! ! ! ! ! hell! ! ! 1 adult 2 children, booked a 3-person room type, but after check-in at the hotel took me to a mixed room, only 3 bunk beds, also have to be separated, my child is only 6 years old! I told the person in charge that this couldn't be done, and he told me that there were no other rooms, it didn't matter, the men upstairs and in the bed next to you were all good people! There are as many as 10 or 20 people in the room, no privacy at all, even the bedside locker is not enough to divide, nor can it be locked, the sheets are stained, the toilet is on different floors, the ground floor has a long-term toilet all C, toilet paper on the trash can, the shower room is on another floor, very dirty, no door only cheap, hanging clothes to hang outside, even no hot water, but the point is to be shared by men and women! ! ! My kids and I were too scared to take a shower! The wifi provided by the hotel is only received outside the room, at the entrance of the stairs, not at all in the room! ! The streets outside the hotel are full of garbage, there are many people drinking and eating ** at night, it feels extremely unsafe, and walking out of the city center is not close, women and children must avoid! ! !"
Appart'City Confort Bruxelles Centre Gare du Midi
"Just near the station"
Yooma Urban Lodge
"Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby. Room is clean and comfortable. But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient. Reception staffs are really nice and helpful. But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them. We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night. Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel."
Aparthotel Résidence Bara Midi
"Front desk guy was has terrible customer service! I got charged 20€ for getting there at 9:30 pm which i didn’t know! I also got a €100 for deposit if I lose the keys but they were return but not my deposit, I haven’t received any info or such about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place!"
